A brief guide on how to get the most romance points for each LI to unlock them at the end of Chapter Four!

NOTE: You must have at least 6 or more romance points to unlock an LI’s name. At the end of Chapter Three, the maximum amount of points you are able to start with in Chapter Four is 6 points, so it’s very doable!

A’s Route

Starting from Chapter Two.

• When commenting on A’s eyes:
  Reserved; [[“They’re pretty,” you remark quietly, not used to giving people compliments but still wanting to.]]
  OR
  Flirtatious; [[“It looks beautiful in the light,” you say with an admiring smile, finding yourself staring.]]
  (+1 point.)
  

• When chatting with X and A:
  [[“How did you become the Royal Protector, A?”]]
  (+1 point.)
  

• When choosing to ride behind someone at the end of the chapter, choose to ride behind A (+2 points).
  

Continuing from Chapter Three.

• When riding behind A:
  [[“You don’t have to do that, I’d rather you be honest with me.”]]
  (+1 point.)

• When your Crown has a nightmare, choose for A to appear (+1 point).

Continuing from Chapter Four.

• When A is confronted by the nobles, choose to protect A (assertive) / choose to feel protective of A (passive) (+1 points). Note that you must have more than 2 points with A to unlock this option.

• When walking through the city with A, ask them again why they became the Royal Protector (+1 point). Note that you must have more than 2 points with A to unlock this option.

D’s Route

Starting from Chapter Three.

• Once your Crown arrives at the palace, choose D to keep them company (+3 points).

• When having the opportunity to tease D in the sitting room:
  Flirtatious; [[Tease a little.]]
  OR
  Reserved; [[Look away, feeling shy.]]
  (+2 points.)

• When your Crown has a nightmare, choose for D to appear (+1 point).

Continuing from Chapter Four.

• After hearing about the pleasure houses, ask D more about it (+1 point). Note that you must have more than 0 points with D to unlock this option.

• When arriving at the temple, ask for D to accompany you  (+1 point). Note that you must have more than 2 points with D to unlock this option.
  

R’s Route

Starting from Chapter Two.

• After asking R more about themselves:
  Reserved; [[Your cheeks heat, but you manage a smile back.]]
  OR
  Flirtatious; [[“I’m glad I found you,” you reply, a slow smile spreading on your face in response.]]
  (+2 points.)
  

• When choosing to ride behind someone at the end of the chapter, choose to ride behind R (+2 points).
  

Continuing from Chapter Three.

• When riding behind R, choose to reassure them (+1 point).
  

• When your Crown has a nightmare, choose for R to appear (+1 point).
  

Continuing from Chapter Four.

• After the meeting with the nobles, choose to confide in R (+1 point). Note that you must have more than 2 points with R to unlock this option.
  

• After confiding in R:
  Reserved+Assertive; [[You find yourself flustered as you wonder what that stare could possibly mean. “Yes, I… think I do.”]]
  OR
  Reserved+Passive; [[You look away, cheeks heating as you manage a small nod; your whole head feels like it’s on fire.]]
  OR
  Flirtatious+Assertive; [[You smile, finding yourself drawn in by those lovely gray eyes. “Yes, I understand.”]]
  OR
  Flirtatious+Passive; [[You smile with delight as your cheeks warm, your stare openly admiring in return. “I do.”]]
  (+1 point.)
  

X’s Route

Starting from Chapter One.

• When X takes the Crown’s chains off in their tent, choose to think about how gorgeous X is (+1 point).
  

Continuing from Chapter Two.

• When X tells you Tûjo refuses to tell them they’re pretty:
  Reserved; [[You avert your gaze, your cheeks heating up. “Hmm.”]]
  OR
  Flirtatious; [[“I would love to tell you how pretty you are,” you respond smoothly.]]
  (+2 points.)

• When chatting with X and A:
  [[“So, X, about that time A beat you in a fight…”]]
  (+1 point.)
  

Continuing from Chapter Three.

• Once your Crown arrives at the palace, choose X to keep them company (+1 point).
  

• When your Crown has a nightmare, choose for X to appear (+1 point).
  

Continuing from Chapter Four.

• When X asks your Crown what’s bothering them, ask why they used you to get rid of the spies (+1 point). Note that you must have more than 2 points with X to unlock this option.
  

• When the tax officials harass X, choose to defend them (+1 point). Note that you must have more than 2 points with X to unlock this option.

Choosing the name of your love interest will net you an additional 2 points, which means at the beginning of Chapter Five, the maximum amount of points you can start with is 10 points!
